A new vacancy has arisen with a large education company based in central London. This is a multi-million pound, multinational company with a relatively large in-house legal department. They seek a Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Barrister with excellent experience in mergers and acquisitions, general company law, exposure to capital markets and banking (useful but not essential) and shareholder agreement drafting. Can be private practice or in-house experience but we suspect 3 years' PQE probably the absolute minimum required. No opportunities for remote working and hours are 9am-6pm. Office located a 3 minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground Station. The role will be full time, permanent and salary levels will be 80k-90k per annum.
