An ABS which is regulated by the SRA, is looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer for their property litigation team in Bourne End.
They are looking to recruit a residential property litigation solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential property disputes and litigation including:

Landlord and tenant litigation matters;
Enfranchisement
Lease extensions; and
Tribunal/ court experience.

You will be a Property Litigation lawyer with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience) and have good technical knowledge. You will work as part of a highly-experienced team. Good experience in business development will be to advantage. The role comes with good prospects for progression.
The role is full-time, permanent and salary is 40k-50k per annum dependent on experience plus an excellent benefits package.
