A niche commercial law firm based very near to Liverpool Street station in Central London is looking for a Commercial lawyer. They are looking for a permanent solicitor with a minimum 3 years' PQE to join them - they act for a number of large multi-national companies, particularly in the Far East and look after UK operations for them as well having a growing number of domestic clients. Being able advise clients in the conext of changes due to Brexit is currently high on the agenda. Caseload will be "80-90% general commercial work" but will include:

Data protection generally and, in particular, data flows to and from the UK
Intellectual property
IT
E-commerce
Sale of goods and services, including cross border
Consumer law
Product liability
Outsourcing
Agency and distribution

Ideally full-time but very happy to consider part-time applicants as well. Start date ASAP. Flexibility in terms of working from home, particularly during Covid measures but also in the longer term. The job involves meetings with clients and sometimes this will need to be done face to face but likely that a significant portion of the work can be done at home, if preferred. Salary levels 50k-70k depending on experience.
