A new vacancy has arisen with a national Legal 100 law firm with an additional requirement for the following:
Real estate locum, ideally with a landlord/tenant background to work on transactional, non-contentious real estate work such as lease renewals, surrenders, licences, deed to variations etc for clients such as coffee shop chains, mobile phone operators and hire firms. The role can be completely remote based or you can work from one of their numerous offices around the UK including Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol and Manchester. Duration is ongoing - we understand it will be 2 months to start but this is up for review.
