An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with exceptional sales skills and the ideal candidate will have had some sales or lettings experience (12 months minimum).

You should have excellent client facing customer service skills, telesales skills, be smart, well-spoken. You will also need to be energetic, proactive, articulate and have a positive approach and a genuine interest in Property and delivering first class customer service.

Essential Skills required:

  • Previous residential sales or Lettings experience essential
  • Experience in valuations and gaining instructions helpful
  • NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Croydon and surrounding area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
