We are recruiting for a temporary E-Learning Co-ordinator to work for a well-respected training provider located on the outskirts of Newton Abbot and will be working within the Training team to ensure the smooth running of events and courses throughout the UK and to help lead with the integration of Totara, our Moodle based E-Learning platform into everyday training operations.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Preparing programs and courses for launch on Totara
  • Enrolling users onto programs using automated imports on Totara
  • Support our trainers in the delivery of e-learning by monitoring course completion, ensuring activities      are completed and assignments uploaded
  • Setting up and scheduling online e-mentoring sessions
  • Ensuring user records are kept accurate and up to date on Totara
  • Providing 1st line support for user queries and liaising with our support partners to resolve 2nd/3rd line support queries
  • Liaising with Relationship Managers to plan face to face training events and courses
  • Liaising with trainers, delegates, venues and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of courses
  • Processing course bookings for open access and in-house courses including the distribution of training materials to trainers
  • Processing course paperwork
  • Monitoring course material stock levels
  • Assisting with the collation and analysis of training MI
  • Scheduling courses and Capacity planning

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience of administrating Totara/Moodle (Essential)
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Highly computer literate and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a training or education environment (desirable)
