Brite Services are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced accounts assistant to work for a growing fire and security company based in Paignton. This is a full time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary with the possibility for this to increase after 6 months. You will be working within a small, friendly team and will be looking to continue to build on your career in a varied role! Working hours are between Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.


 As an accounts assistant, your duties will include:

  • Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • Assisting queries for Credit Control
  • Issuing and raising customer statements, invoices and credit notes
  • Resolving queries
  • Answering and all incoming calls for the company
  • Administrative duties
  • Other general office duties as required

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience using an accounts system such as Xero or Sage
  • Good attention to detail
  • Works well in a team and happy to get stuck in
  • Willingness to be flexible and help colleagues

Or experience in the following sectors:

Finance, Administration, Security, Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Warehousing & Distribution
