Brite Services are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/ Personal Assistant to work for a company in Abbotskerswell who produce and service electronic devices to professional practices. In addition to receiving a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, you will also be entitled to 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and have access to free onsite parking.

This is a temporary position which has opportunities to become permanent after 12 weeks. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm.

You will be working in a dynamic office, and your roles will include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Handling sales enquiries, processing orders and taking payments
  • Managing routine servicing for customers’ products, and arranging equipment trials for customers
  • Handling goods-in and goods-out procedures
  • Preparing for company attendance to meetings which will include collating promotional material, and booking accommodation and travel
  • Creating reports

Skills required:

  • Excellent use of Sage, Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working within an office role

Previous work in a veterinary or medical environment would be an advantage.
