We are currently recruiting for a HR/Finance Administrator to be based in Cardiff, working for an award winning parcel delivery company with an international footprint. The role is permanent, Monday-Friday, hours 8am - 4pm. Duties as a HR / Finance Administrator include:

  • Weekly payroll and petty cash
  • Collation of personnel and training records
  • Secretarial duties, typing confidential documents and letters
  • Ensuring the day-to-day administration is dealt with quickly and accurately
  • Recording of purchase orders
  • Processing and coding invoices
  • Administration of new starters and leavers
  • Liaising with Credit and Billing to resolve queries

To be considered for this role of HR and Finance Administrator you will need to be:

  • Switched on and able to work to deadlines 
  • Self driven and proactive, you will be managing your own workload. 
  • Good with numbers and data interpretation 
  • A good problem solver
  • A strong Administrator with good customer service skills
  • Able to provide evidence of working in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel

An awareness of payroll data inputting would be advantageous.

Suitable candidates for this role may have experience in the following industries/backgrounds:

  • Administrator, Finance Assistant, Payroll Administrator, HR Administrator, Accounts Assistant
  • Consulting, Logistics, Construction, Engineering Services, distribution, delivery, transport, warehouse

The ideal candidate will on occasions be required to attend meetings in various locations in the South West, so a driving licence would be advantageous.

The salary for this role is £22,390 per annum.
