Brite Services are recruiting for a Relationship Development Assistant to cover maternity for up to 6 months, for a fantastic Training Provider based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. This role will report directly to the Business Development Manager with a key purpose to provide administrative support for the Relationship Development team and the regional staff


  • Annual salary dependent on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Offering Administrative support to the Relationship Development Team and Regional Teams
  • Processing and following up online registrations
  • Processing bookings
  • Updating course flyers and other business development materials
  • Assistance with proof reading of marketing materials
  • Obtaining feedback on commissioned courses
  • Using IT systems to maintain accurate information on leads and bookings
  • Contributing to team and process development

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • First class customer service and relationship building skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in a training or education environment (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with direct marketing techniques, CRM systems and database management (Desirable)

Employment will be subject to:

  • Receipt of two references, satisfactory to us in all respects
  • Confirmation that you are eligible to work in the UK
  • The satisfactory outcome of a check by the DBS

Due to the location of the offices a driving licence would be desirable.
