We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to join our fast-growing brand. In this role you will support the Marketing team in the execution of 360 campaigns and brand programmes, ensuring all briefs go through the pipeline to ensure a timely and successful launch.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the real possibility of an extension or becoming permanent afterwards.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update NPD presentations
• Ensure NPD briefs and internal communications on launches are up to date
• Responsible for creating all SKU codes
• Update NPD spreadsheets with relevant information
• Input SKU codes from PPM into spreadsheet
• Liaise with agency to update artworks (e.g. legal / text changes)
• Submit artworks to intranet system for legal approval
• Update artworks spreadsheet
• Keep artworks databases up to date
• Send new products off for pack shots
• Upload approved pack shots onto FTP system
• Support the Marketing Executives in creating mock ups
• Order signed off juices from fragrance houses
• Support the team with invoicing and budgeting
• Support the team in any ad-hoc projects

You will have...

• Ideally, some experience in a similar role and industry
• Graduate degree, ideally in Marketing
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Solid analytical skills
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Initiative
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced (re)start-up environment
