Purpose of the Technical Administrator:

To provide comprehensive support with all aspects of day to day clerical and administrative tasks and maintenance of systems and procedures to enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Administrator:

  • Collation and processing of timesheets and associated queries
  • Administration and management holiday and absence registers
  • Administration and management of quote registers
  • Raising orders and invoices from project manager instructions
  • Control and administration of stock and inventory items
  • Administration and reconciliation of Barclaycard account
  • Co-ordination and management of company and hire vehicles
  • Management of issuing personal protective equipment (PPE) and records
  • Administration and management of delivery notes and waster transfer notes
  • Attend meetings to record and collate minutes as required
  • Assist with internal and external as required
