Removals Administrator - West Midlands - 9.50- 10 per hour - VR/18798
Our client a well-established removals company based in the West Midlands are looking for a removals administrator to join their busy team.
Main Duties of the Removals Administration Assistant:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Booking in survey appointments
- Preparing and sending out quotations
- Preparing job sheets and invoices
- Ordering of office supplies
- All other related admin
Experienced Required for the Removals Administration Assistant:
- Must have experience within the removals industry
- Experience of Moveman is highly desirable
- Confident user of MS Office
- Confident telephone manor and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administration skills
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Hourly rate will be 9.50 - 10 per hour depending on experience.
