Fine Art Shipping Coordinator - London - £28-30k - VR/19212

Our client, an innovative Fine Art Company, are currently looking for a Fine Art Coordinator to join their thriving team in London.

Main duties of the Fine Art Shipping Coordinator:

  • To quote and follow up on quotations
  • Converse easily with high net worth clientele
  • Produce a cost analysis and reports of jobs and European truck runs
  • Arranging customer collections and deliveries, which may also include the arranging of specialist packing services
  • The company is looking for someone adaptable who can assist with import/export requirements as well as general admin

Requirements of the Fine Art Shipping Coordinator:

  • Previous fine art experience is desirable, but would consider a junior candidate with some experience in fine art or freight
  • A confident attitude and articulate approach
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • A team player with an excellent attitude
  • They must have a good understanding of sales
  • The position requires a strong communicator
  • The company is looking for someone adaptable who can assist with import/export requirements as well as general admin

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of £28-30k dependant on their skills and experience.
