Removals Internal Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator - North West London - £22K- 25K + Commission VR/19069

Our client, a removals company based in North West London, is looking for a full time Internal Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for handling Sales enquires relating to Domestic and Commercial Accounts.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Domestic and Commercial enquires by telephone, email, fax and internet
  • Receiving bookings for branch surveys, qualifying enquiry, identify the source of the lead
  • Entering relevant details onto company CRM
  • Placing enquires on to the system, allocating appointments and move dates
  • Raising and issuing invoices
  • Resolving customer queries and provide excellent customer care
  • Nurture Client relationships from the initial enquiry to completion.
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good literacy skills
  • PC Literate, good knowledge of word and excel
  • Good Organiser
  • Effective communicator verbally and written
  • Effective problem solver
  • Accurate record keeping with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer and Client focused

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-18:00, Saturday: 9:00-13:00
