As Customer Services Executive at Elite Group and the voice of Elite, you will ensure the delivery of superb customer service. We’re looking for passionate customer service individuals to help us to guarantee our customers come first.
Communicating through various forms, including email, social media, live chat and telephone you are tasked with ensuring that all calls are assessed, logged and coordinated to the relevant areas of the business. You will ensure a smooth end to end customer journey by bringing an upbeat and helpful attitude. Creating positive customer experiences is our priority and we depend on our Customer Service Executives to offer the best service, give the best advise and make the best calls for our customers.

We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A confident approach to customer interactions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A natural sense of empathy to ensure customers are left feeling looked after and cared about
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Openness to feedback and a proactive approach when working with others
  • Forward thinking and proactive attitude to work, taking ownership of calls and the drive to deliver the best customer service
  • A professional telephone manner with effective time management skills
  • The ability to use your initiative to make decisions
  • Demonstratable experience of working in a target driven environment, to achieve customer service experience SLA’s
  • Interpersonal skills to demonstrate our Values to both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Adaptability and the ability to cope with change
