Salary: £10.20 - £11.70 (depending on Shift pattern)

About the Multilingual Customer Service Advisor role:
Customer service for our client is about meeting the highest standards; and their people are central to achieving this. That's why they value people who can bring great enthusiasm to the role along with the ability to listen to customers and help them find exactly what they need. This involves being switched-on to the needs of every single customer, and ready to go out of your way to ensure satisfaction. Our client liaise with their customers via telephone, email, Weibo and WeChat.
As well as being friendly, helpful and professional, you’ll also be adaptable, flexible and able to make everyone feel special. You will care passionately about what you do while connecting and building relationships with customers and finding that the smallest things can make the biggest difference.

As well as providing a great induction programme and on-the-job training, you can also take advantage of a wide range of training workshops and coaching sessions, designed to help you develop your area of expertise.
An instinct for good customer service isn't something we can teach you. It involves listening skills and a sharp eye for tone of voice, plus efficiency, enthusiasm and a whole lot of personal initiative. But if you've got it, they do everything to help you to develop it to the full. Our client would also require you to be fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin, as well as a high standard of written communication in these languages.
