Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP21 8SZ
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours of Work: On a rota between the hours of 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)

About the Customer Service Associate role:
At our client's company, investing in their People and the future of the business is key, and as a Customer Service Associate within Customer Service & Investment Dealing (CS&ID) you’ll have the opportunity to learn all department functions on rotation over a 2 year period (post probation) to enable you to build a longstanding career within the company . The role will give you exposure to all elements of the Customer Service and Investment Dealing Team, enabling you to gain a broad level of experience in all manner of customer service, administration and investment dealing functions, from supporting customers over the phones, to placing orders and managing stock transfers.
At the end of the 2-year development programme, you’ll join one of the specific areas in a permanent capacity to enable you to utilise the wide range of tools and lessons learned from your time spent across the Team.
You’ll receive extensive on-the-job training on each rotation of the programme, as well as more specialised training in areas such as the protection of client assets (CASS) and similar regulatory compliance requirements.
