Inbound Customer Service Representative


£16,078 to £17,143 + annual bonus

Our client is a global award-winning company with over 800 employees worldwide.

They are a technology company focused on keeping roads moving through electronic tolling and smart mobility solutions.

From their Runcorn office they look after the Mersey Gateway, an award-winning bridge in the Halton Borough. Instead of using the traditional toll booths where you would have the inconvenience of paying at the barrier, our client has implemented state of the art technology using number plate recognition technology to charge their road users. They manage the end to end operation at the back of this to ensure the journeys are as smooth as possible for their road users.

About the role:

Working as a Customer Service Advisor in their inbound call centre, you’ll be taking inbound calls from their road users who want to make payments, update their account details or those who have general queries.

Your role is to provide the best quality of service for their customers and you will manage a wide variety of calls each day. Their contact centre is relaxed and fun and not target driven.

They have full-time roles available and flexible shifts between the hours of 5am and 12am, (40 hours per week). Call Centre experience isn’t essential as full training is provided in their inhouse Academy.

They will teach you everything you need to know, all they ask it that you share their core values – Passion, Excellence, Commitment & Flexibility and that you have basic computer skills.

Full training is provided for this role. They are looking for Call Centre Advisors who will bring positive energy, a desire to succeed, and are willing to go above and beyond for your customers!

A candidate should have good written and verbal skills and be computer literate.
