Proactively and efficiently assist in all administration involved in the event/function process.
Effectively develop and maintain client databases, negotiate with third party vendors and service providers
Liase and negotiations with third party vendors and caterers
Handle correspondence and remain in constant contact with the client assisting with and answering queries and client issues
Assist in ensuring the whole event is planned as per customer preferences and desires, runs smoothly and professionally on the day , as well as assistance in set uo and take down.
Bilingual speaking and writing skills would be a great advantage
Strong administration, typing, correspondence and interpersonal skills are imperative together with effective communication skills with vendors and clients and a solid 2/3 years administrative/secretarial experience and excellent time management and negotiation skills.
