vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist for a Corporate Auditing/ Accountancy Practice

Three to Five years previous corporate reception experience
Professional, well spoken and polished receptionist from another environment you will also be considered.
You will be client facing and so excellent communications skills are essential.
You will need to be able to multi-task.
Excellent Telephone Manner
Good Communication / customer service skills
Ability to deal with people of all levels
Be outgoing, friendly and confident
Punctual and organized
Our candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and you will provide administrative support,meeting and greeting clients, taking numerous calls, carrying out general administration, booking meeting rooms, filing etc
You will also be required to complete general duties such as answering calls, and updating records.
Signing and Checking Deliveries
Maintaining a professional and neat reception area
Maintaining security by following procedures e.g. Liaising with security regarding Log books
