This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, cool-headed and ambitious Senior Designer with a background in brand, digital and packaging to become the Creative Lead in the Creative Studio of this much loved brand. Our client is a highly regarded, forward-thinking beauty and cosmetics brand, who are about to embark on a very exciting stage in their development.
You will be leading a team of creatives and as such will be responsible for the development, creation and implementation of a rich global brand identity that is unique and sets the brand apart in the retail space. As someone who is equally adept at motivating and delegating as at being hands on and getting stuck in, you will influence and drive projects across the whole business, so you need to be a strong conceptual thinker with proven leadership skills.
A team player, you will be able to inspire and advise the wider creative group which includes content, copy and retail, as well as a core digital team, and you'll form the link between those and your own team, to ensure consistent creative standards across campaigns. You will oversee the project process end-to-end and ensure best practice, and your past experience will have included overall responsibility for the budgeting and planning of creative projects to deliver on brief, on time and on budget.
