Main purpose / objective of the position:
Banking administrator responsibilities includes posting, allocating and capturing of banking transactions, maintaining records for all banking transactions and preparing reconciliations:
Daily uploading and posting of all bank transactions.
Daily receipting of all rental collections paid into the various bank accounts.
Clearing of general ledger control accounts.
Debit order maintenance.
Prepare transfers requested by Business for the controller to load onto the online banking system.
Enquiries to the various banks on unidentified deposits
Liaising with Business to assist in resolving unidentified deposits.
To attend to office administration ensuring:
Matric and preferably an NQF level 7 qualification
At least 3 years minimum experience within Finance and Admin
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of Finance and Administration. Legislation and regulations. Computer literate
Proven work experience in Finance department. Hands on experience with accounting software. Advanced knowledge excel and creating spreadsheets. Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures. Time management and organization skills. Confidentiality
