Health & Social Care Trainer

We’re fully committed to offering the best possible residential care to our residents and this means offering the highest standard of training to our staff.  In line with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2019, we are passionate about promoting Positive Behavioural Support and expect our training team to be able to deliver and assess the training of NAPPI (Non Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) along with mandatory  and service specific and service specific courses as outlined by Skills for Care


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Health and Social Care sector, preferably with an NVQ/RQF L2/L3 in Health & Social Care , an AET level 3 (Award in Education and Training) would also be advantageous or a willingness to work towards this qualification, which would be funded by the company.  You will be joining an established team of trainers who, whilst working extremely hard, retain a personable and light approach – so a sense of humour and a friendly, approachable personality are a must.


For this role you will need to be:


  • A Driver
  • Own your own Vehicle
  • Be prepared to travel around the country
  • Be flexible as the role does include overnight stays
