Destination Services Consultant - International Relocation Provider - VR/18792
We are currently working with a large relocation provider based in South Germany who is seeking an experienced Relocation Consultant to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate holds previous Relocation/Global Mobility experience as well as a fantastic track record within a customer service environment.
Key responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with external sources as well as various departments to collate information on a regular basis
- Provide accurate market information to assignees in one to one sessions
- To ensure all moving in/out inspections are performed
- Coordinate tax briefings, insurance files and work permits if required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high performance standards
Critical Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team
- A highly organised individual
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate- MS Office and Excel to an intermediate level
