Team Assistant - Berkshire - VR19035

Red Recruit are currently working with a well-established relocation management company based in Berkshire who are looking to recruit an Assistant to join their expanding team. This is a brand new role for the company so they are looking for an organised, proactive team player to assist consultants on a daily basis to ensure a seamless relocation transition for assignees. No industry experience required.

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Preparing documentation for transferring assignees
  • Supporting senior team members on a daily basis
  • Uploading and organising sensitive information for assignee's on to the system
  • To assist the team on general administration tasks
  • Transferring incoming calls to the correct personnel
  • Review suppliers' invoices and query if needed

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous office based administration experience
  • Enthusiastic to start a career within the relocation industry
  • Competent IT user
  • The ability to work within a fast paced environment, supporting numerous consultants at a time
  • Strong communication skills are essential (fluent in English both written and verbal)
