Removals Customer Service Specialist - VR/19519
The Company and Role:
Our client, a large removals company is looking to recruit a Removals Customer Service Specialist to join their Hertfordshire team. The role is focused around working with clients on a regular basis over the phone and via email delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Work alongside the removals surveyors by ensuring all data is inputted correctly to client's files
- Assist in booking appointments for the removals surveyors and ensuring all appointments are diarised correctly
- Act as a sole point of contact for clients throughout the moving process
- Support and guide clients by assisting with any queries regarding their move
- Contact all incoming leads and prospective clients in a timely manner
- 1 year's minimum experience within the removals industry - essential
- Proven history in providing fantastic customer service
- A positive and pro-active approach
- The ability to prioritise workload at all times
- Possess strong administration skills
