The Company & Role

  • Family run company based just outside Maldon with a 22 year history in the stone masonry business are expanding and seeking an experienced Telesales person to join their team.
  • You will be forging relationships with new and existing clients on a national basis selling their tooling side of the business.
  • Full product training will be given; having a background selling tools, machinery or construction would be an advantage.
  • Due to the rural location of role a car driver is essential.

Duties

  • Generate new business from existing clients, warm leads as well as cold calling new clients.
  • Ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Business development of existing accounts.
  • Writing quotes and processing orders.
  • Dealing with invoices and ensuring the CRM is kept up to date.


Experience

  • Telesales experience.
  • Evidence of consistently achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Ability to be self-motivated when required along with working well within a team.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Quickbooks experience preferred.
