The Company & Role:
Our client a large removals company are looking for an experienced Removals Branch Manager to join their team in Kent.
The Removals Branch manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient & profitable operation of the branch, employing such management techniques as may be required to achieve this objective, in line with agreed Budgets.
Successful candidate will have responsibility for the success & profitability of the branch by agreeing, implementing and achieving Branch objectives and targets. They will provide strong leadership to the branch team to deliver a world class removal service, ensuring the Branch complies with its legal responsibilities relating to the operation.
Skills required for the Removals Branch Manager:
- Proven track record in Sales
- Must be commercially aware and be able to display strong leadership skills and providing direction & motivating others in sound decision making.
- A pro-active approach is essential for the successful candidate to be able to identify, develop and maintain new business opportunities.
- Experience in the Domestic & Overseas removals market desirable.
