Fleet Administrator - VR/19876

The Company & Role:

Our client, a large International moving company, are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Leeds.

Main Duties:

  • Monitoring and managing of fleet compliance planner (tax, MOT, Service, tacho inspection, LOLER)
  • Monthly service reporting
  • Managing vehicle road tax
  • Processing and follow up of fines/PCNs/tolls/warnings
  • Maintenance of repair and breakdown log
  • Plant transfers and maintain an up to date fleet list
  • Processing of MOT and L.E.Z Certificates
  • Assisting in o licence compliance
  • Congestion charge online processing
  • Fuel card online processing
  • Monitoring and managing of fleet compliance planner (Tax, MOT, Service, Tachograph Inspection, LOLER)
  • Monthly service reporting
  • Managing vehicle road tax

Experienced Required:

  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • Flexible approach
  • Any experience in Fleet, Transport, Moving or Shipping would be an advantage
