Business Development Co-ordinator - Hospitality Sector - Middlesex - 22-25K + Benefits - VR/18879

Our client a leading serviced apartment company are looking for a full time business development co-ordinator to be based out of their office in Middlesex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong telesales background and be comfortable making outbound calls.

Main Duties of the Business Development Co-ordinator:

  • Proactively research and identify prospect clients
  • Carry out telesales to prospect and lapsed clients
  • Assist the Business Development team by scheduling appointments
  • Qualify and prioritise the prospect pipeline, initiating contact and helping to grow New Business opportunities
  • Investigate competitor and market activity
  • Review and Investigate Economic Growth areas of the UK
  • Co-ordinate New Business Projects listed in the Sales Plan
  • On occasion, carry out site inspections for clients
  • Monitor and update the company website
  • Produce Weekly & Monthly revenue reports
  • Report Weekly & Monthly activity updates to the Business Development Director

Personal attributes required:

  • Excellent, confident telephone manner
  • Ability to develop and foster excellent business relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally with a can do attitude
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Work to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Knowledge of working with a CRM System
