Fleet Administrator - VR/19876
The Company & Role:
Our client, a large International moving company, are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Leeds.
Main Duties:
- Monitoring and managing of fleet compliance planner (tax, MOT, Service, tacho inspection, LOLER)
- Monthly service reporting
- Managing vehicle road tax
- Processing and follow up of fines/PCNs/tolls/warnings
- Maintenance of repair and breakdown log
- Plant transfers and maintain an up to date fleet list
- Processing of MOT and L.E.Z Certificates
- Assisting in o licence compliance
- Congestion charge online processing
- Fuel card online processing
- Monitoring and managing of fleet compliance planner (Tax, MOT, Service, Tachograph Inspection, LOLER)
- Monthly service reporting
- Managing vehicle road tax
Experienced Required:
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Flexible approach
- Any experience in Fleet, Transport, Moving or Shipping would be an advantage
