Family run company based just outside Maldon with a 22 year history in the construction business are expanding and seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant with good all round accounting skills to join their team.
Due to the rural location of role a car driver is essential.
- Credit control
- VAT returns
- Payroll processing using SAGE
- Annual Returns
- Managing and processing expenses
- General bookkeeping administrative duties
- Managing the Sales and Purchase ledgers
- Managing Invoicing and Credit control
- Run an produce monthly reports for the company directors
- Excel knowledge
- Sage Line 50 experience
- Payroll & C.I.S experience
- Bookkeeping or Accounts Assistant experience
- AAT/ACCA or similar qualification beneficial
- You'll receive a salary of £18,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Free parking
- 22 days holiday Plus bank holidays
- Hours 9:00 am - 5.00pm
