We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator for our client based in Maldon.
- Dealing with customer calls/complaints and queries
- Using internal database systems
- Chasing missing or late orders
- Order processing
- General office administration duties
- Good IT Skills, including Word and Excel
- Experience in providing customer services
- Happy to work in a busy team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Salary 18- 22K DOE
- Free parking
- 20 days holiday Plus bank holidays
- Hours 9am -5.30pm - Flexible working available
