The Opportunity

Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role you’ll take control of your own destiny and get back what you put in!

You’ll lead a recruitment desk in West Bromwich and be responsible for all aspect of the recruitment process from job identification, candidate development all the way through to offer and placement.


What you’ll do as 360 Recruitment Consultant

Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is all about delivering excellence and driving business through sales! We want to give you an environment and all the tools to thrive, what you need to bring with you is energy, enthusiasm, the ability to self-generate leads and ultimately, grow your recruitment desk.

This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:

  • Treat the desk like your own business and sell your recruitment services to clients
  • Be hands on and not afraid to go out and chase business whether it be over the phone or in person
  • Deliver unrivaled customer service to client and candidates alike
  • Generate jobs through lead conversion, repeat business and referrals
  • Source CV Databases for appropriate candidates
  • Be creative in your approach when networking with businesses and candidates
  • Complete review meetings with clients to communicate business changes and trends in the marketplace to remain the recruiter of choice in your patch
  • Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client and candidate pool
  • Demonstrate business insight, be inquisitive, understand client operations and challenge appropriately.

What we need from you…

  • You’ll know how to sell and be tenacious in your approach to new business
  • You’ll have some prior recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate consistent monthly billings
  • You’ll be able to build relationships with ease at all levels and across all communication forms
  • You’ll have great organisation and time management techniques to manage a vibrant recruitment desk and prioritise workload appropriately
  • You’ll be a strong negotiator, with a growth mindset
  • Most importantly though, you’ll need to be tenacious, with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
