The Senior Brand and Marketing Manager Opportunity

With this positive outlook, a new role at Staffline has been created. We are looking to bring in an experienced Brand and Marketing professional to push the Staffline Brand further than ever before.

You’ll come in with knowledge, experience, and creativity to nurture what we already have and drive it to the next level. This role comes with autonomy, huge variety and the ability to create something genuinely transformational in an already well-established business.

In this role, you’ll report to the People Director and be an integral part of the people team. The role has the freedom of being hybrid, working 2 days from Nottingham and the rest from wherever you feel most productive.

Although this is a senior marketing position, the right person will have experience in a hands on creative role and have the desire to keep utilising those skills as the marketing specialist in the business.

What you’ll do as Senior Brand and Marketing Manager

As Senior Brand and Marketing Manager, you’ll ultimately be the driving force in pushing continuity of brand, looking at the overall marketing strategy but most importantly, taking a hands on approach to the design and implementation aspects.

  • Act as the custodian of the marketing strategy for Staffline Recruitment
  • Take ownership of the website brand and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Jointly own B2B and B2C marketing efforts
  • Build the Staffline Recruitment brand through social media channels
  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals
  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive new business wins and increase brand awareness
  • Implement a structure to identify, prospect and grow potential business opportunities
  • Work with a variety of businesses under the Staffline Group, interacting with a number of key stakeholders to take them on the Brand and Marketing journey backed and driven by data and rationale.

What you’ll need to be successful as Senior Brand and Marketing Manager …

  • Proven experience as a Brand and Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in website branding and management
  • Experience in social media marketing and analytics
